Systems and habits refers to a change in approach to success. It entails a long process of gradual improvement by adjusting small aspects of our routines.
This process has been utilized throughout history and you probably used it yourself at times. But too often we miss how impactful this approach is, and instead want to find a quicker, easier way to reach a goal. This often leads to shortcuts, oversimplification of the work required, and short bursts fueled by motivation that quickly dies out and leads to failure.
We always have the choice between easy, quick and effective. But we can only choose two at one time. The systems and habits approach chooses easy and effective, which means that it isn't going to happen instantly.
